It is extremely valuable to be able to explain why we need to work agile. It is essential to be able to explain to stakeholders why we work the way we do. You must be able to explain it - without technical words.

What is the value for stakeholders? What do they get out of it?

It is important to keep your stakeholders' outcomes in mind when explaining the benefits of Scrum - although there are many benefits for us as a team and organization.

Feel free to prepare small presentations on various topics. Imagine you have eight, five, or two minutes to explain it, respectively. How would your narrative be different?
